Basic Round Bread
Ingredients
- 3 Cups Reg. Flour
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Yeast
Instructions
- Mix together - Add 1 1/2 cups warm (120 degree) water
- Mix until it comes together, cover and let stand 30 mins
- Turn out onto a floured board. Fold over ten or twelve times - form a disk
- Place on a parchment paper inside a bowl and cover for 3 mins
- While bread is rising, preheat oven and pan at 400 for thirty mins
- Take parchment with bread and slid onto pan, bake 30 mins.
