Ingredients
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 - 8 cloves minced garlic
  • 1½ cups italian bread crumbs (or make your own and add your own flavors)
  • 1 cup fresh chopped combination of basil, oregano or Italian parsley
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper
  • ¾ pound spagetti, linguini or fettucini cooked al dente
  • Grated Parmigiano and Romano Cheesee

Directions

Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a medium skillet. Add garlic and sauté until just lightly golden. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Add the remaining oil to the skillet. Add the bread crumbs and stir to coat evenly with the oil. Toast the crumbs over medium heat, watching closely so that they do not burn. Stir frequently until the crumbs are a deep golden. Remove from heat. Stir in the garlic and herbs. Season. Toss with pasta and cheese.

*For best results use fresh ingredients.
