extra large Shrimp
- ½ cup dry White Wine
- ½ tsp. chopped Garlic
- ¼ cup chopped Parsley
- 1 tbs. Capers
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 1 Tbs. Dry Mustard
- 1 Tbs. Old Bay Seasoning
- ¼ lb. Butter
Olive Oil (if required)
Directions
Mix above items together.
If mixture is too dry add some Olive Oil.
Mixture should be at the point where you can mold the mixture.
Take the shrimp which has been split and add stuffing along the split shrimp.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 8-10 minutes.
