Deb's Crab Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Crab Meat
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoon mayo
  • 1 teaspoon Seafood seasonings
  • 1 Table Worcestershire
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Directions

Blend all the ingredients except crab meat and bread crumbs , then add crab to mixture and gently mix. Blend in bread crumbs. Shape into patties and saute gentle in olive oil (thin layer). Crab cakes are easier to handle if mixture is allowed to chill before forming.
