- 3 Cups Shredded Zuchinni
- 1 Cup Chopped Onion
- 1 Clove Chopped Garlic
- 2 Tsp Parsley
- 1 Cup Bisquick
- 1.2 Cup Parmsean Cheese
- 1/2 Tsp Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Oregano
- Dash of Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 4 Eggs
Directions
Beat the eggs and add to other ingredients. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 mins. Make sure a toothpick comes our clean if in doubt. It will not get brown or anything
