Scallops Wrapped in Bacon

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. scallops (rinsed and dried)
  • 1 lb. thin-sliced bacon (cut in half)
Directions

Wrap a piece of bacon around a scallop and secure with a tooth pick. 

Place the wrapped scallops on a baking sheet and broil for about 10 minutes per side or until bacon is fully cooked.
